How to Interview for the Best High-Activity Salesperson
Everything You Need to Know About Interviewing for a Salesperson
Interviewing is often done more with emotion than with logic. Interviewers usually try to gauge their candidates' capabilities by testing knowledge, like-ability and personality during the interview stage. Often the recruiter takes a lot of the interviewing time trying to "sell" the company to the prospect. In other cases, the interviewer gets a full "sales job" directed at them by the candidate in an effort to convince the company to hire them.
What is needed is a structured, logical interviewing system that takes the emotions out of the process and goes through structured questions and layered questions to uncover the real truths about the candidate's character.
With mis-fires and wrong hires often costing six figures or more, correct interviewing is one of the key elements needed in turning your sales organization around or boosting your sales culture to new heights.
This course will train you well in this critical skill, as well as give you valuable tools to use again and again.
